The idea of architects of Sermilia was to create the Illusion of decomposition by adding semi-open spaces and pergola elements. The signature swimming pool of Sermilia, overlooking the sea and equipped with sunbeds, provides maximum relaxation in the shade as well as essential sport activities. It is connected to the SPA through the tunnel.

The simple idea to take advantage of the highest point of the peninsula led to creation of Sermilia’s highlight – elegant and lightweight Sky Bar under a large pergola element with 360 degree view over the Aegean Sea. This panorama Bar has already become the local landmark and keeps attracting tourists and residents of the nearby area.
